Big Girl Bike

Dom and I were planning on finding a nice, plain bike for Isabel for her 4th bday but she jumped the gun by seeing a "my Little Pony' bike in a store and screaming with joy. Dom then called me and let me know that she was riding the bike around the store and yup, my dream of owning a character detailed bike came true. My baby is almost 4!

Spring Hike 2008

We hit the trails at the DPNC like last year as we had another half a day above 50 and ran out before the rain began.

A day at the beach-finally!

We finally had half of a day that sort of resembled spring so we spent a bit of time at the cool beach before...you guessed it, rain.

Monkey boy turns 2!

Our little Monkey has turned 2! We had a lovely morning at a children's museum with some of his buddies.

Isabel likes to wear a tutu, carry her wand and almost sprain her ankles with the cute little, I mean bad idea, princess shoes we gave her for Christmas. Benjamin turned 23 months!

Christmas Morning 2007

Hello everyone! I am finally posting again and one of my resolutions is to keep on top of it this year!! I am pledging to post twice a month as a minimum. I have posted some photos I hope you enjoy.
1. The first thing we checked on is whether santa enjoyed his milk and homemade cookies.

2. The kids are a bit scruffy but there was going to be no brushing, washing and changing before riping through gifts.

My last class assignment as to do 'landscape', so the family went walking the trails at the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center (where Isabel will be attending Pre-school) and here is a favorite photo of mine.

Shutter Bug

I started taking a Black & White Photography course this week just to learn more about taking great photos and I truly enjoy B&W photos. I have borrowed a camera and have been playing around.

Easter Egg Hunt

The kids were able to enjoy their first 2007 Easter Egg Hunt this morning. Naturally, we spent the first 20 minutes cleaning their eyes so they could see out of them.

It's Pink!

Tuesday morning Benjamin woke up seeing out of only one eye as the other was covered with green-goo. Both of Isabel's eyes became infected Wednesday afternoon and now Benjamin started antibiotics in the other eye. Luckily, I am here on goo-wiping duty.
