All Bride's Party: Part I

A lovely friend of mine hosted a 'bride's party' Saturday night. The concept was that all of us Mommy's would shimmy ourselves into our original wedding gowns and have a lovely dinner and share stories/photos. Before I share more about the evening, I will share the pre-event. It was very sweet to get all dressed up again but this time have our children watching me. They were so excited and thought Mommy was a princess in her gown and fancy jewelry.

Rollerskating Fun - Isabel

Isabel was not pleased with the fact that we were wrong and it was roller, not ice, skating party that we were attending. However, the colored lights and disco lights peaked her interest and there was no stopping her.

We had our first experience taking the kids (and ourselves in 25 years) roller skating. So much fun! Ben refused, tried, revolted and then, yes, enjoyed and giggled while at it.

Olivia is coming!

My family is very excited that Olivia is coming to life on T.V. It is very sweet to us as we have so many great memories involving reading Olivia books for almost 5 years. The show premieres on Monday, January 26th at 11:30 a.m.
